3. Scope and Amendment of the GTC
In addition to mandatory legal provisions, these GTC apply to contracts concluded between you and the Seller. The Seller is entitled to amend these GTC within the framework of applicable legislation. Please read the GTC before each purchase. Any amendments shall become effective upon publication on the website and shall not affect contracts already concluded (confirmed orders).

In the event of a consumer complaint, the Seller shall strive to complete repair or replacement within fifteen days. If the consumer disagrees with the handling of the complaint or if investigation is not possible, the Seller shall record the complaint in minutes and provide a copy to the consumer.
5.2. Other Legal Remedies
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the consumer may turn to the competent consumer protection authority, initiate proceedings before a conciliation board, use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr), or enforce their claims before a court in accordance with Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on Civil Procedure.

Available delivery methods include MPL home delivery and FOXpost parcel lockers, with fees as specified. Delivery is limited to addresses within Hungary.
17. Quality and Quantity Complaints

18. Performance Deadline
The general performance deadline is up to 10 working days from confirmation. The Seller excludes liability for delays.
19. Reservation of Rights
The Seller reserves the right to reject confirmed orders if products are discontinued. Prepaid amounts will be refunded within 14 working days.
